Roman running around the platform after I gave up wrestling with him.
Grandpa taking his turn holding him.
In case you wondered what station we got on...
Waiting on the bench to catch our train because we are fancy world travelers and stuff.
Roman scoping out the terrain out the window. Not much of a view. But he liked it.
My one thing that really bothered me.... Is Chivalry Dead? After wrestling my toddler in line to get on the train we finally get on to not even ONE open seat. So my baby an I rode most of the ride standing up balancing an holding on to the bar. Finally we walked upstairs and I nice Gentleman offered me his seat. I just could not believe how lame some men are. I mean it could be the way I was raised but my dad or brothers would be the first to jump up and offer a seat to a lady, not to mention one holding a baby. I tell ya.. for being the "Happy Valley" there are some pretty classless men out there. There were a few other mothers with small children trying to control their kids as well while balancing. I guess I should get over it.
Anyways it was a fun day and I was happy we took Roman. He liked the trip and afterwards we tried out the Fire House in Centerville which I have been wanting to do for a while. It was very tasty! A must try!

I think we are going to go today. When we lived in CA I never had to open a door especially when I had Emma. Here it seems as if noone cares. Funny. Glad you had a good time is the early morning hours over or when does the project end?
I agree with sarah -- I've noticed that people are much more nicer to woman in California. Don't know what it is about Utah men!
I love the pics!!! Im glad he had fun :)
glad you guys had fun!
How fun...way to venture out on the town even when you are feeling super tired, you are super mom. It seems as though chivalry isn't as prominent as it was in the olden days...so sad! Great pics of the little guy!
Chivalry is dead... and it sucks too. :( You are a good mama for going along and having some family boding time! Pics are ADORABLE as usual!
How fun that you got to ride the train! Hayden is going tomorrow with my sister - he loves trains, too! I hope your week is getting better - at least it's Friday if not! We still need to get together & talk photos! :)
