Sugar Rush.

Okay girls- I am officially detoxing myself from sugar from today until Thanksgiving. I can't even fit in to my chubby jeans. I need a serious intervention.


Help.
I think the imagine below is what my withdrawl symptoms are going to be.

I did the same thing for the month of January. It was super hard, BUT I lost 5 pounds!! Without doing anything else. You will get a headache, but it will go away. I felt REally good off of sugar, I had more energy and felt less tired. So why am I not doing it again??? :) GOOD LUCK!

You are too funny! I love the visuals. :) Russ & I did this before our cruise and I lost a couple pounds in a few weeks. The first few days are so hard, but after that, it's not a big deal! But we would get 1 cheat a week & it was always awesome! :) Good luck!

Haha, you picked the wrong season for a sugar de-tox...but at least you can still have your Diet Dew!!! When you decide to kick that habit you need to give me some warning so I can hide out for a few weeks :)

your amazing! i will never give up sugar, id rather die a death of a thousand flames. i would be a total drag without my daily sugar high. good luck babe!
